With a career in security spanning 25 years, Tony has earned a reputation as one of the most knowledgeable and experienced professionals in the industry today. Tony founded ISEC in 2001 and now leads a team of like-minded individuals who are devoted to upholding the values of ISEC and delivering exceptional service. Tony’s passion for the industry and vision for ISEC is as strong as ever and as part of his role as CEO Tony remains actively involved in all aspects of the company’s operations.
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
With degree qualifications in both law and accounting, Stephen has 25+ years of experience working with small and large businesses across a variety of industries in the areas of finance, administration and strategy. As ISEC’s Chief Financial Officer Stephen plans, tracks and oversees the financial performance of the company, ensuring that ISEC maintains a strong balance sheet to sustain the company’s operations and growth strategy. Stephen is actively involved in all aspects of the company’s strategic planning to ensure that appropriate systems and procedures are in place to ensure that the interests of the company and all its stakeholders are protected and advanced.
GENERAL MANAGER – OPERATIONS
Sam is a meticulous and well-organised security manager with an abundance of operations and client relations experience and has worked with some of the largest corporate, retail, entertainment and hospitality organisations in the country.Sam oversees the day-to-day operations and is also well versed in the areas of security risk management and work health and safety.
GENERAL MANAGER – RISK & COMPLIANCE
David has over 15 years’ experience across various sectors within the security industry, specialising in areas of risk management, compliance, security operations, and human resources.David is responsible for the development, implementation, and evaluation of frameworks, systems, policies, and practices encompassing risk, compliance, and governance. In addition to his experience with ISEC, David also holds a Diploma of Security Risk Management.
Peter is a proven leader with an extensive background in hospitality and business management. Peter possesses a strong customer focused approach traceable to 18+ years experience, including 12 years of managing 5-Star hotels and large entertainment venues both in Australia and the UK.
Peter joined ISEC in 2011 and is effectively responsible for the planning and coordination of human resources and logistics for all ISEC events, and plays an integral role in het success of our event security and risk management service offerings.
