Q: What got you interested in providing uniforms and how did you get your start?
A: As I was a gaming manager in the hospitality industry for 15 years, I got approached by a uniform company to come and sell their products and ever since then the passion in supply uniforms has grown. I most love when I see a business grow.
Q: How long have you been in business for and what do you think sets you apart from other suppliers?
Q: Are there any companies or brands you would like to work with?
A:In all honesty, the small little takeaway shop on the corner is exactly the same as one of the largest corporate companies. Everybody gets the same service. Everybody gets treated the same.
Q: At ISEC we often talk about our values, is there any of our values that align with Look Smart or do you happen to have your own that you would like to share?
A: We take a lot of pride in our work and in my business as this is my name I respect all clients as I said previous I treat everybody the same honesty, loyalty and integrity is what separates us from the rest.
Q: Tell us about your experience with ISEC and how you got involved in being our supplier of uniforms?
A: ISEC has been one of our longest serving clients, 11 years to be exact. I have watched his company grow and grow to the empire it this today. Tony has taught me a lot about business and other life challenges.
Q: What is one of your proudest memories or moments in your business career?
A: When being called, a one man band from your competitors, and getting one and Australasian largest drink companies and servicing them them for over 10 years.
Q: What is the best advice that you have been given?
A: The best advice I can give anyone in business is if you can do it, do it, and if you can’t be upfront and honest and let them know that as this is your branding and you don’t want to tarnish it.
