ISEC Security is expanding, and we are seeking experienced and motivated Control Room Operators to support our operational delivery across key clients and prestigious venues.
As a Control Room Operator, you will be responsible for:
- Monitoring operations and responding to incidents
- Supporting field teams with accurate information and escalation
- Managing radio and communication systems
- Ensuring compliance with ISEC protocols and client requirements
We are looking for individuals who bring:
- Strong communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
- Experience in a control room, operations hub, or similar environment
- Is flexible and willing to work 24/7 rotating roster
- A commitment to professionalism and customer service
Essential Criteria
- Hold Current NSW 1A Security Licence / RSA / First Aid
- Control room experience ( preferable / not essential )
