And the award goes to…….SAM MUFTI!
This year Sam Mufti won the prestigious Frank Bellomo Award in recognition of his outstanding leadership over a very tough two year period overseeing the Hotel Quarantine programme from start to finish. This programme was to date Australia’s largest ever security operation and without question a very challenging time for everyone involved.

Just by way of a little background, Frank Bellomo was ISEC’s Chief Operating Officer at a very formative period in ISEC’s history. Not only did Frank have a wealth of knowledge and experience in the security industry, but he was an inspirational leader and played a very significant role in setting up ISEC for the successes we are now achieving.
Frank was committed to excellence and when this award is handed out it is when someone really stands tall, exceeds expectation and not only performs outstandingly within their role, but also has an impact on the business, team members and the community.
